BPO contains the transmission of processes along with the associated operational activities and responsibilities, to a third party with at least a guaranteed equal service level and where the client contains a firm grip over the (activities of the) vendor for mutual long term success.
BPO are the ones who are handling in some part of outsourcing like the Technical Research, Logistics, Shipping, Human Resource, Shipping Records Maintenance, Customer Duties/Revenue Verification and Inventory Maintenance. In short your hiring another company to handle business activities for you. Its like your having another branch company that manage that other part of the company in which the work is more fast well its a big help also in some big company but if your company is just a small you dont need it at all.
BPO is a big part of outsourcing they are manage the payroll of the company. Many of the offshoe are using it just to do there work. in other country.
BPO is also called ITES which means Information Technology Enabled Services in which Information Technology are use to in automation in some project IT "enables" these services to be performed.
